Film and television director, Josh Greenbaum, whose credits include projects such as Strays, Barb and Star Go To Vista Del Mar, New Girl, Bless This Mess, and Fresh Off The Boat, joins the production as its helmer. Gad will also be putting his writing chops to the test, serving as a co-scribe for Spaceballs 2 alongside Pokémon Detective Pikachu, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem, and The Addams Family 2 writing duo, Benji Samit and Dan Hernandez. Kevin Salter, a frequent collaborator of Brooks’, will join the team as a producer.
